Track my food consistently and stay accountable to my nutrition.
Work out 5 days a week.
Complete 4 cardio sessions each week to improve endurance.
Join a running club to build consistency, speed, and motivation.
Stay disciplined, trust the process, and make daily progress.
Timeline
8 weeks: Complete my first HYROX in Washington, D.C.
29 weeks: Complete my second HYROX in Dallas.
31 weeks: Celebrate my birthday stronger, healthier, and proud of what I've accomplished.
I am worthy and I will achieve my goals as long as it takes.
