I never thought Iโd say this, but switching my workouts from evenings and nights to mornings has made SUCH a huge difference! ๐
Today was my second morning workout, and wowโฆI have so much more energy throughout the day. I had to switch things up because of summer break with the kids and juggling football and boxing practices, but honestly, it may have been the best change Iโve made. Itโs funny how life forces us to adjust sometimes, and those adjustments end up being exactly what we needed. ๐ชโจ
