I was like… wait WHAT?! πŸ˜‚
She told me she’s known me for a while, seen my weight go up and down over the years… but this is the leanest she’s ever seen me with my weight loss being consistent.
And now?Anytime she sees someone losing weight, she assumes it’s GLP because β€œeveryone is on it.” πŸ‘€
Not gonna lie… that caught me off guard.
I told herβ€”No shortcuts here. No cheat codes.
Just the unsexy stuff:
βœ”οΈ Tracking my food (even when I don’t feel like it)
βœ”οΈ Strength training consistently
βœ”οΈ Getting my steps in daily
βœ”οΈ Working on my mindset (THIS is the real work)
Don’t get me wrongβ€”no judgment at all if someone is using medical support under a doctor.
