🚨 Freaking FriYAYYY Drop – From Social Meal to Scale Surprise 🚨
Okayyyyy I’m not going to lie… this morning’s weight drop to 126.8 lbs caught me OFF GUARD 😳🔥
After a social meal, I was mentally ready for a 2–3 lb spike (because let’s be real… usually that’s what happens).
But this time?
The scale went backwards.
What was different?
✔️ I cut back on sauces (didn’t finish them like I normally do 👀)
✔️ Focused on lean protein only
✔️ Ate more salad
✔️ Drank more water to offset sodium
Small shifts. Big difference.
And no — I know weight loss isn’t perfectly linear. I’m not attaching my happiness to the number. But I WILL celebrate the execution. 🙌🏽
The bigger win?
My clothes are fitting like a glove lately.
Then last night my sister tells me:
“I heard mom telling me you’re looking SNATCHED these days.”
Me: “Wait… I’m not one of the cool kids. What does snatched mean??” 😂
Translation:
“You look good. Mom said you look skinny.”
And honestly? That meant more than the scale.
I told her, “I’ve lost inches… and mom did say my physique looks better since joining BBB.”
That’s the real win.
Execution.
Consistency.
Small disciplined choices during social meals.
And inches dropping even when life is still lifing.
