Completely forgot to post whilst doing it, but I finished my 5 day sprint on Friday!
I hit my calorie, protein, fibre and water goals all week. Also added an additional 2k steps to my usual 8k, and did runs and strength training 4 times this week. I was also able to have a meal out last night using helpful tips from here, and share dessert guilt free.
I know for sure I wouldn't have been able to remain so consistent without popping on here every day and seeing you all pushing for your goals, too! Really looking forward to taking this week forwards and future wins 💪🏻
