Just wanted to share some recent favorites for reaching my fiber goal.
The granola is Kind vanilla blueberry with flax seeds. For 1/3 cup it's 110 calories, 20g carbs, 3g protein, 3g fat, 4g fiber. I usually eat it with plain nonfat Greek yogurt.
The Mission zero net carbs tortillas have been a huge win lately. I usually eat a lot of eggs, and I've been adding some cheddar cheese and making breakfast tacos with these. For three tortillas it's 110 calories, 19g carbs, 7g protein, 5g fat, 19g fiber. Also use them for tacos, wraps with lunch meat, etc.
The Fiber One chocolate fudge and chocolate chip brownies are surprisingly yummy. Pro tip, they're dry on their own but dip them in some milk and it's a good way to get a little chocolate fix. For one, it's 70 calories, 5g carbs, 2g protein, 3g fat, 7g fiber.
And then of course everyone knows what they say about apples.
