Eggs
Ok here we go. Let's talk about all the eggs I am eating right now. Eggs used to be bad for your health, than good because the cholesterol was not used by the body, at least not entirely, and then this year official guidelines in Germany changed again and one eggs per day is no longer advised. We should eat less, they say.
But even ignoring this ... looking for protein rich food-ideas for breakfast and dinner I can easily get to 4 eggs a day and this just feels wrong to me.
So I substitute every second egg with just the egg-white. What are your thoughts and strategies on that?
