Yesterday, I missed my workout. I promised to get it in today. I had a long day at work and did not think I had it in me. I live by “you can’t miss twice”. I told myself, just get started, just get started. I got home and changed immediately into my workout clothes and got in my workout. It felt great once I got going and so glad I did. Kept my promise to myself. I even got some new PRs!
If any of you guys are not up for a workout, just get started. You won’t regret it! You can do it!
