Day 5
A big win for me has been learning and implementing the 3 golden rules of social meals. Today, I had a high protein breakfast, got in my strength training and mobility exercises, had a snack, got my steps in, and will be going into the football game ready to enjoy some delicious comfort food without binging or feeling like a blob of regret and cheese afterwards.🧀
Another big win has been meeting so many lovely people here. It's been really fun getting to know people from all over the world. The support from this community is invaluable, and I'm so grateful.🤍
Over the next six months I'm really looking forward to reaching my goal of 20% body fat, seeing more muscle definition and feeling stronger, and continuing these lifestyle changes.💪🏼
I worked out with my husband today and he caught these pictures of me trying to use this new pulley contraption I got him for Christmas😅
