BBB fam… when I say we were spoiled, I mean SPOILED.
Had the privilege of experiencing a soft opening for an incredible new recovery space called Fire&Ice thanks to my sweet friend (Yelp Elite + Chamber of commerce queen 👑 in our local community 🙌). And let me tell you… this was next level. There wasn’t even a time limit!! It was afternoon of work and sauna spa time 🥳.
Think:

🛋️ Plush robes + recliner chairs
💬 Just us girls… bonding, laughing, connecting and screaming for their first plunge 🤣🤣🤣
This wasn’t just a spa day — it was intentional recovery.
As someone who strength trains - pickleballs - and cycles, recovery is not optional.
