That question came back to me today.
This morning my routine was off. I slept in, missed my usual 6am gym time, and honestly didn’t feel motivated. The old me might’ve said, “I’ll try again tomorrow.”
But today I decided 1pm still counted.
So I showed up… even with the gym full of teenagers giving summer camp chaos 😂 and I still got it done.
Walked away with 2 new PRs:
🔥 Angled Machine Leg Press: 185 lbs. My legs and feet felt numb after that one 😱
🔥 One Arm DB Preacher Curl: 17.5 lbs. This felt incredible because it showed me how much stronger I’m becoming.
Today reminded me: maybe there isn’t “trying.” There’s choosing, adjusting, and doing.
Strength is built when the routine isn’t perfect, motivation is low, and you still show up anyway. 💪✨
