🍌🫐 Banana Blueberry Loaf
Greek Yogurt + Fairlife Version
Ingredients
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup (47 gr)
  • ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt (128 gr)
  • ¼ cup Fairlife 2% Ultra-Filtered Milk (55 gr)
  • 2 cups almond flour (224 gr)
  • 1 tsp baking powder (4gr)
  • ½ cup wild blueberries (frozen 56 gr)
Optional
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Nuts or seeds (optional) (Walnuts 64 gr)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk in eggs and maple syrup until smooth.
  4. Add Greek yogurt and Fairlife milk; mix well.
  5. Stir in almond flour, baking powder, and optional cinnamon/salt.
  6. Gently fold in frozen blueberries.
  7. Pour batter into a lined or greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 50 minutes at 350°F.
  9. Let bread rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
Notes
  • Greek yogurt adds protein + moisture
  • Fairlife boosts protein without thinning the batter
  • If batter feels thick → add 1–2 tbsp more Fairlife
