Back with and update 🙃
I’ve been a little on and off here lately because life has been so busy! We’ve had family visiting from Australia (they head home on Sunday), and it feels like we’ve had a constant stream of family coming through. On top of that, my nephew just welcomed a new baby, so there’s been a lot to celebrate!
Even with everything going on, I’ve stayed consistent with my “morning” workouts. I’m still hitting the gym 3-4 mornings a week, and I’ve recently started taking a boxing class while my son is at his boxing practice. I had done kickboxing for a while before, but boxing is a completely different skill set. I’m really enjoying learning the fundamentals and challenging myself in a new way. Honestly, I wish I had started boxing before kickboxing because I’m absolutely loving it!
