Today is Tuesday.
It’s the day that my gain showed on the scale.
So what !!!
It happened before and will probably happen again but life goes on.
No punishment, no restrictions.
Eating my good foods and still having some things I’m craving in moderation.
Realizing I’m feeling more like snacking the week before. 🩸
I’m trying to start with fruits and end with sweets if I need it.
Leaving bread for last even if I crave it more also. I did have a keto wrap for lunch and that was good.
I am loving baked sweet potatoes right now they are my favourite.
