✅ Got my morning coffee with protein it’s really the best way I found to get protein in the morning.
Next is planning my meals for the day.
I will start with my breakfast, it’s always the same thing. Oikos pro 19g protein no sugar added yogurt 145g. Blueberries 🫐 83g. My premier protein 30g of protein for 160 calories with 2 cups wort of homemade coffee. I will also add 1/2 cup of granola.
Ok now plan lunch and dinner plus a snack starting with my protein choice. Then adding vegetables that I can add and finally what ever treats like fruits, popcorn or sweet I can add if I want to. 80/20 works great.
