While you can see the leaderboard in this community anytime, there is another leaderboard that goes unnoticed to most but is something that I track very closely. The leaderboard with who is the most consistent with the workout programs I deliver to them. Many of you are racking up the workouts and killing it. But one man just hit a crazy number. @Brad Tipper is now over 300 workouts! Fuckin A! That's more than I have even logged in my own damn app. Brad has been a friend (and competitor) since High School, but he didn't start his fitness journey with me til almost 3 years ago. The 1st two years were up and down, committing was hard, life was a little hectic for both of us. But over the last year he has really locked in and was kind enough to share a little testimony that I posted here https://www.instagram.com/p/DKvVVlTPhSS/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== Brad, thank you for trusting me with your journey and more importantly trusting the process. Go show him some love there and here! Cheers Homie, keep kicking ass.

Well DAMN
@Max Rassman this is actually insane. Max has always been a hard woker, athletic, determined and relentless. But he just needed that extra little guidance to get him to where he wanted to be. I cannot take complete credit, but I already knew he was going to go hard, so I just had to light the correct path for him. He asked questions, he pushed back (fuckin peleton people... 😂), he had set backs. But, he was fucking consistent. That's what it simply comes down to. Week in and week out, he stayed in a deficit that was manageable. He still enjoys foods he likes. He gets the fuck after it. It shows. It's that simple. I don't have the magic formula (close tho). I don't have the perfect thing to say all the time. Life is always going to happen. It's how you handle what it throws. You WILL STRIKE OUT. That's part of the game. Get off the bench and get back at bat. Keep it up homie, proud of you. Keep It Simple, Stupid - KISS
Well DAMN
Big Win Weekend
"Fuck A Humble Brag" - Childish Gambino Now while I usually am humble in aspects like this. For those of you I coach in person... chill. I know Im an ass but it's because I am usually right :) Not only have I added over 30lbs to my bench in the last 8ish weeks, but my body composition is also way better than I intended it to be over the course of 2025. Dec 31st, I was 180.1lbs - 85lbs muscle - 27.6lb total fat mass (15.3%) I was at the peak of a not so healthy bulk and relationship with alcohol. Just eating whatever but still for the most part ok. Grinding it out. I decided to lock it in (minus the alcohol... Tampa fucks ok, I'm going to drink my tequila sodas) and by mid March my numbers were - 181 lbs - 88.6lbs muscle (+3) - 22.7 total fat mass (-5lb,12%). I was focusing on intensity over everything. Taking my big lifts to failure. Focusing on recovery like sleep. PROTEIN out the wazoo! I am for 200gs a day, that way when I fall short I am still hitting the target of my body weight in grams (180ish). I wanted to keep eating because of the desired muscle gain so I upped my daily body movement a tad (longer bike rides, more walking when possible, slightly more conditioning workouts). This week, End of May (pictured below) - 177.5lbs - 89.9 lbs muscle (+5 total) - 17.2 lbs fat mass (9.7%!!) 10 POUNDS of fat down, 5 POUNDS of muscle added. I feel fucking amazing and hope this can show you all that trusting the process is fucking worth it. All this done while still enjoying life! Rock concerts, raves, birthdays, tequila, all the shenanigans. Please never hesitate to show off your own progress in here, no matter what it is. We are all in this together and I appreciate the hell out of all of you for being in this community and trusting me as your guiding light with health and fitness. Cheers Dorks

This all started with just a simple conversation and a plan. The conversation was to add steps and track Protein & Calories for 2 weeks. That's really about it. The first week he upped his steps and tracked. We chatted again and I was able to spot some weak links in his diet so he adjusted from then on and is already feeling great. We haven't even switched workouts up (yet 😏). He is experienced in the gym so we may not even have to do so which is great. I love my fitness programs, but I know that there is more than just one way to workout. What truly matters when you are aiming to FEEL better is understanding that food is fuel and what you put in is what you'll get out. Being super strict and tracking everything is annoying. But look what happened after just a couple weeks. Once you get a point of what works for you (usually around 2-3 months, usually even shorter) then you will no longer need to track. Yes it sucks for that time being, but it's a life long lesson you will learn. Unless you are in body building show, wedding or something super important where you are wearing something revealing, tracking all the time is overkill for us regular folk, but it's still a tool we need to use every now and then. (He is also in this community 👀)

Progress Not Perfection
Progress comes in many forms. This tab will be for any body changes you love seeing (flex on us as much as you want) Maybe a big lift you are seeing results in. Anything that you are simply excited about!! (Also, best way to post is to make it a YouTube video link. You can always post to your YT as "Unlisted" and no one can see it unless they have the link which only you have. You can post on here but we cannot repost) Here is what 8+ months of serious training and a better diet did for me. (When I realized Tampa is a very attractive city) IT TAKES TIME Especially as you get better, it starts to take time to really see results. We don't believe in quick fixes in this group. We understand that consistency and hard work with discipline is what allows us to achieve the goals we want.
