Weighted Vests
Does anyone use them? Worth the hype or no?

Never tried em and not sure about the hype, i know many use them to burn more calories aka lose weight since that's also a way, aswell as incresding the number of.steps and so forth and ofcourse strength to some extent and endurance. If you'd ask me i would probably not waste my money knowing i could achieve the same result and more just loadimg my back pack pretty heavy, if you are using it when running on the other hand, the vest would probably feel better and not swing as much so i think you gotta look at what you are gonna use it for, aswell as if it's worth the money if you can do the same with what you already got at home. I would probably go as far as walking on the treadmill with a freaking barnell on my back before buying one but that's just me, but like i said running would be something totally different

Snack$!!!
Here's a lil rant for how to snack properly. Protein Shakes and bars are not going to FILL you up. You need density, Volume in your snacks. Peanut butter is not protein btw... It is but the amount of calories that come with it are not worth it. High fiber, high protein, high volume is key to signal the brain that you are getting full. Even snacks like cans of tuna are great for protein but terrible for making you FEEL full. Cheers Dorks, Hope this helps!

I usually have a handful or two of blueberries either with fat free greek yoghurt or with oatmeal for breakfast along with a few eggs and that's usually last me quite a while sometimes i eat only twice aday. Sometimes i add some kinds of snack during the day either greek yoghurt or quark with berries, or beef jerky, and i add cottage cheese pretty much everytime we have dinner for extra protein, which slso helps keeping you feeling full for longer.
Exercise Walk Throughs
I love coaching and cueing people during their exercises, that's one of my favorite parts of being a trainer in group strength training. But online, I cannot see you all performing exercises. I could, but you all need to film yourselves and post in here. You are all my clients so just treat it like a group fitness class. I am here to help and so are others. They can learn with you if you actually post a video for me to critique. It's up to you to determine and communicate with me on how it should feel and so on. So with that said, let's get the comment section going on what exercises I can do a walk through on. This list will grow and eventually just be in the classroom for anyone and everyone to watch. Also if you ever need, the search bar at the top of the page, you can search ANYTHING posted in this group. From fasting to an exercise or whatever. If nothing pops up, then you can make a post and I know have value to bring to you via video or text. Cheers

Alot of people avoid barbell training because they don't know how to or are afraid of dropping the weight, so somethkng that would be great to cover is basically any and every lift you can do with free weights instead of using unnecessary machines. I'm not saying there aren't great machines, there is, and there's also people who cannot or prefer not to do free wright due to risk of injury or other physical, medical or age related reasons whatever it might be, but many lifts can be done by most people using free weights, which will benefit them way more
Track Yo Shit
Uncut rant for my people. (That's you 😘) Also posted something similar on IG if ya wanna throw it some love or shade. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DMftcVpAB-n/?igsh=Y2ZpbnUzamZ5cHUx MyFitnessPal OR Macros+ It sucks. It's annoying. It's worth it. Need me to adjust your macros? Ask me to! That's why I am here and you are in this community.

Tracking is great when on a cut or bulk, especially on a cut! They are also great for those who have a hard time keeping track of their protein intake, i tracked when i was cutting for a while, then i stopped and ate more intuitively but i still ate healthy and prioritized protein, and that way the only weight you'll gain will be muscle, and water ofcourse but you won't get fat

@Tylae Westervelt yeah, what's important tho, which many who do track and don't see progress seem to forget is to add everything, i mean veggies are basically no calories at all but many forget coocking oils or butter are literal calorie bombs
