ANNOUNCEMENT
Thank you for sticking around this long and trusting my own growing pains on this journey into online fitness. Longer post, please read :) I have some bad news (2 things). Bad news 1, My current gym that I physically work at is closing down. Long story short, our franchise owner screwed us coaches and members over. So, this means I will no longer be a BFT coach. My last day coaching is Oct 4th, next Saturday. Bad News 2, QuickCoach is also shutting down... So those of you that have the programs delivered to your phone via the app, we are losing that come End of October. There is a small chance of it being bought out and remaining the same which the founder is keeping us posted on. I am looking at new softwares to keep delivering to you as of now and will also keep you posted. WHICH, brings me to the "good" news. I am going all in on myself and the programs I have built through YOU all over the past couple of years. I want to coach forever so this is my chance to truly do something I am proud of. BUT, it is a team effort with you all. I am now currently uploading ALL of those workouts/programs into this community so I can begin to sell them to those that want to become fucking weapons like you all. So I already have a small list of people coming in from BFT that will start these programs together, and if they enjoy them (they better) then they will continue down the route that I have already take you all to this point. This is my plan. Launch this crew together so I can continue to post in here daily, provide SO MUCH VALUE you get sick of me. Then let this thing kinda blossom into a little Tampa Trainer Community. So if you know anyone that is on the fence or needs structure, NOW is the time to use the "Invite" link under your profile. Here's the important part for you all. COMMISSIONS/AFFILIATE LINKS ARE OFFICIALLY LIVE. $$$ You all have been grandfathered in and will never be charged for this group. Wow! That’s a lot, Ty! I’m so sorry to hear about BFT. I can tell you really enjoyed it and the people. But, you’re absolutely going to be able to help those losing their gym. You’ve helped me so much. Can’t wait to see where this goes and watch you succeed! Thanks for all you do!
I've started 100 days + challenge
Hey guys, exciting to share the news - I've started a new challenge and your support is highly appreciated 😀 Ideally after 100 days I won't recognize myself. But hopefuly only in a good meaning )))) - Each day out of 100 I will be running at least 5km - I want to push myself even more - each day I want to add 100m to challenge my challenge 😀😀😀 - I am also working on improvement my endurance consecutive pushups. My record is 231 so far and I want to be better. The rules are that you hold active plank position and doing pushups. Allowed to take of your 1 hand occasionally but not allowed to stand on your knees. - And I am also working out at least 1 hout but it can be anything sport related really - I don't want to harm myself but improve. That is why I am very cautious about what I do and how I feel. My day yesterday: - I ran 5.6 km - Did 105 pushups in 1 set - Was working out in a gym about 1 hour. - Created video's about previous days and posted on Youtube and IG :-) https://www.youtube.com/shorts/rDoHPRV623M https://www.instagram.com/pavlobefirst/ P.S. Sunday Spice
This post comes to you with a dislocated shoulder. SO I will be yapping away via videos and new Skool so if there is anything at all you want me to cover please let me know below. Unfortunately, I hit a HEFTY shoulder and upper day on Wednesday and was apparently more fatigued than I realized. I went to demonstrate a Landmine Pushup variation (one that I actually LOVE) for my BFT class and got stuck in the bottom position. As I tried push up out of it, I pressed too hard on the "support" hand and my shoulder slid out of socket with a lot of crunchy sounds. Luckily, as I sat up after a few moments in pain, it slid right back in unassisted. So I do not believe it FULLY came out but I am unsure if I have done any further damage. I also had to coach many classes this weekend for our 1 year anny for BFT in which it was hard to not use it. I am slinged up for now and probably the rest of the week hoping for reduction in pain. If it persists til tuesday I will have to get a scan. SO, the point being is I will have a lot of time to create WODS, answer questions, set you up for success, make this community better so hit me with any and all ideas or topics you would like a video/post on. Probably avoid exercise corrections for now.... Merp Cheers Dorks.

That’s a really good question! I’ve seen soooo many posts about it and noticed a few women in my neighborhood walking with them. Curious on the answer as well!
Exercise Walk Throughs
I love coaching and cueing people during their exercises, that's one of my favorite parts of being a trainer in group strength training. But online, I cannot see you all performing exercises. I could, but you all need to film yourselves and post in here. You are all my clients so just treat it like a group fitness class. I am here to help and so are others. They can learn with you if you actually post a video for me to critique. It's up to you to determine and communicate with me on how it should feel and so on. So with that said, let's get the comment section going on what exercises I can do a walk through on. This list will grow and eventually just be in the classroom for anyone and everyone to watch. Also if you ever need, the search bar at the top of the page, you can search ANYTHING posted in this group. From fasting to an exercise or whatever.If nothing pops up, then you can make a post and I know have value to bring to you via video or text. Cheers
