Alrighty.
Play times over for the long weekend. Hope you all enjoyed it in every way possible for your reality.
Whether pool days with the kiddos, golf with an old friend or simply relaxing on a hammock, we all deserve a break.
This is a pivotal moment in your current fitness/health plan.
Week 1 is no different than week 6 or 27. Consistency is everything.
Your next workout... is probably going to suck. As will the following one. (unless you were behaved this weekend like me 😇. Last weekend I was a menace so I promise this post is from experience) Get those 2 💩 workouts out of the way as fast as you can because the longer you wait to get it done, the more challenging it will be to bounce back.
You can either cruise through summer and half ass your workouts and not really see much happen or you can say fuck your feelings/mood and stick to the plan. Crushing the summer is easy.
It starts with crushing consistency.
