$99 Program Is (Just) About Ready
Just gotta upload it from one software to Skool. (Very unfortunate but playing the cards I've been dealt) WE LAUNCH TOGETHER MONDAY (Honestly you can start whenever you want. Just easier on me answering and planning if majority are doing it at the same time) So. This program is actually the start of 5 phases I took myself and a select few clients through that lead to big time muscle gains, mobility improvements and overall strength throughout the body. Each workout will have a screen shot of the overall plan (reps, sets, rest, exercises) then below will be links of YouTube videos of said exercise. 8 weeks, 4 workouts a week. I will also recommend a 5th workout for the WODs if anyone truly wants it. WODs is also where you will find the conditioning workouts. This is again up to you to complete. Based off your overall goals for the time being. Which is a post for another day. I need to start getting info to help set you all individually up for success diet/nutrition wise. I digress. Thank you for your patience. I'll upload a more detailed video soon. K bye.

Does it come with a Guinness?
YO! Watch & Read This (Pls)
Long video so had to upload to YT for faster downloading. This is my vision/goal with all you people, new or OG. Trainers never really have hubs to communicate with their people that easily. Always FB groups or WhatsApp. And... F that noise So Skool is amazing because not only can I answer many questions at once, but we all can contribute to be better. I can build courses around topics that need in depth conversations or simply Go Live and answer a bunch at once. Especially with meet ups or Recipes/food knowledge, the more we share the better. This will also be new for me, so we are all in this together. Do I want to upload the programs here, not particularly. This is mainly because the tracking features of my app and "tidiness" of it. It was clean, fast and easy to use. Posting to the classroom is a little lunky but I know this. The program works. Right @Brad Tipper ? But once I find a new home for Trainer Software, this all could change, but not Skool itself. This will always be where I come to educate, communicate and so on. The benefits of programs in Skool is I will be able to upload a video that's basically a Talk Time for the week ahead. This will give you a clear goal for the week and each workout. Obviously, like I said we are all in this together, so please critique, poke fun, engage, post, vote all the things towards me and each other. I have plans for this group. Meet ups, giveaways, free 1 on 1 trainings and more. Just gotta get through these first couple weeks. Remember, if you want someone (anyone) to join with you, use that "Invite" link and you get 40% commission. (Link is top right, 3 dots on mobile) K bye

Week 3
Have Been dealing with a little twinge in my shoulder and now that I’m finally consistently going into the gym, I’m starting to give it some more love. Do any of you routinely focus on recovery or do you just raw dog it?

Mid day Gym Sesh requirements:
Pre workout = caffeine & creatine 💪 I usually go with Tier1Supplements, but I just ran out — it’s the cleanest I’ve found. It’s literally just creatine, beta alanine, and caffeine. Dassit https://tier1supplement.com/ What’s your go-to concoction?
