But I have made very similar bowls to this before.

Avocado
Cottage Cheese
Sweet potato
Great for a lunch prep. High protein, quality carbs & healthy fats from cheese and avocado.
If you are watching calories, make sure to use LEAN beef (85+) to "save" on extra calories.
If you want more flavor and calories aren't a issue right now I like the fatty beefs for bowls like this.
