Real Chicken Salad
In all seriousness, rotisserie chicken is the move.
Get it, shred it (stop being a baby) and store it in the fridge.
Or eat it all by hand in your car... Whatever.
160-200+ grams of protein.
Put it on a sammy, put it on a salad, top your eggs with it, blend it and drink it... Ya never know.
Remember, without proper protein intake, you truly cannot repair/rebuild your muscles after a kick ass workout.
So don't waste your workouts and actually fuel yourself.
It's not always supposed to be tasty, it's fuel...
