This is why I don't force feed you all "anyone can do it if I can" when we first chat about nutrition.
I meet you where you are at and just hope to be a guiding light in the correct direction fo YOU as an individual. That's the thing, you are all very different and have unique challenges.
BUT, those challenges are at least similar to others in this groups challenges.
That is why I hope we can continue to work together, share recipes for busy parents or perfect bulking foods for those doing so. Simple hacks for golf course snacks or what to get at chick fila when your kids want to see that damn cow!
We are all in this together.
