What Makes a Course Successful - Replay Available
What a great session this morning! We talked about: - the role of courses in your Skool community, - why people might not be visiting your classroom, - what makes a successful course, - strategies for monetizing your group, and - questions you can ask yourself to determine if there is room for improvement in your course or community! The entire session was about 50 minutes long with 30 minutes of questions/discussion at the end. 𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙮 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙗𝙚 𝙖𝙫𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙡 𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙖𝙩 𝙢𝙞𝙙𝙣𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙀𝙎𝙏, so watch it as soon as you can! As part of this training, I am also offering a one-hour 1:1 Classroom Clarity Call for anyone who is interested in having an expert educator review their classroom/community and help you strategize best next steps for your classroom content. If you are interested, you can check it out here! 😊

#MetricsMonday Feb 09 and an announcement!
Every Monday, I peel back the curtain and give you a sneak peek behind the scenes of the CLASSIFIEDS. Why? Because very early on, the members of this group asked, and I said, "Sure!" 😊 # Members Total: 1338 (+52) #Premium Members: 222 (+15) Percentage of members who are premium: 16.6% (+0.5%) Conversion Rate: 22.3% (-0.5%) Ranking in Money: #26 (-2) Ranking Overall: #90 (-3) Highest Activity Day: 3133 (+1563) Lowest Activity Day: 847 (+378) The Context: The Classroom Ad Sprint was a great success and it was so wonderful to have so many people join along. The Ad is a great benefit to being a premium member, and we saw a great uptick in members upgrading as a result. 🎉 On Wednesday, I am hosting another PERSONALS session for premium members to meet each other and promote their communities live, so hopefully we will meet a lot of new faces there! Even though we had 15 more members upgrade to premium, our percentage of overall members remained the same due to a relative number of new members joining the group, which is great! The most interesting numbers are the rankings and activity. Over the past 10 days, I have steadily seen us drop one level every second day. This is very unusual as the ranking usually fluctuates quite a bit both up and down. But what I find surprising is that the ranking continued to go down while the activity levels increased. This is perhaps because there were a couple of strong days while the majority of the days had less activity than normal. 🎉 𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦: 𝗢𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗰 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗹𝗹, 𝗜'𝗺 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗲𝗯 𝟮𝟬 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗺𝗶𝗱-𝘄𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘇𝘆. Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. 5. Introduce yourself in this thread, and then scroll up and find someone you have something in common with. Reach out. There are some really amazing people here! 😉 This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Hate speech, offensive language, or general negativity will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group. *Please check out this post for more tips on how to get great results from your posts. And also this post by one of our own community members who has had great success growing his group through the CLASSIFIEDS.

💥The Algorithm Buster💥
Everyone’s obsessed with one question on LinkedIn: “𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐨 𝐈 𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐦?” Spoiler: You can’t. And you don’t need to. The algorithm doesn’t reward clever posts. It amplifies 𝐛𝐮𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐫. I just created “𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐥𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐦 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫”, a guide showing: ✅ The 10 signals the algorithm actually cares about ✅ Why most creators force them ✅ How buyer decisions trigger them naturally No hacks. No tricks. Just one truth: If your content isn’t spreading, it’s not the algorithm. It’s your alignment with real buyer decisions. Read it below 👇, and ask yourself: Am I trying to outsmart the algorithm… or just missing the decision?

🟣Boost Your Skool’s Daily Activity – 3 Simple Tips That Actually Work 🚀
Pinterest Skool recently just made it into the TOP 100 in the Money category! 🔥#82 to be exact! If your group feels quiet some days, you’re not alone. The fix isn’t more content—it’s more connection. Here are 3 easy, high-engagement moves that keep members coming back every day: 1. ⭐Create a Weekly Game – I created the Pinterest Games that goes live every Monday. This is were members can post their Pinterest Pins and gain traction by repinning each others pins. It's a growing like crazy and garnishing 1000s of activity each week! 2. ⭐Featured Experts – Give Them a Dedicated Day I’ve got 7 experts in Pinterest Skool who each own a day of the week. They post one actionable tip, checklist, or quick win in their specialty. Members look forward to it like clockwork—same expert, same day, consistent value. Result: daily reason to log in + deeper trust in the community. 3. ⭐Have Fun – Let People Talk About Themselves People love sharing who they are. Post fun, personal questions weekly: “What’s your go-to coffee order?” ☕ “If your business had a theme song, what would it be?” 🎶 “What’s one thing you’re weirdly proud of?” 😄 Reply to every answer (even just “Love that!” or 🔥) and tag people. It’s low-effort for you but builds real connection—members feel seen and come back for more. Try one of these this week. Your group won’t feel quiet again.
