What Makes a Course Successful - Replay Available
What a great session this morning! We talked about: - the role of courses in your Skool community, - why people might not be visiting your classroom, - what makes a successful course, - strategies for monetizing your group, and - questions you can ask yourself to determine if there is room for improvement in your course or community! The entire session was about 50 minutes long with 30 minutes of questions/discussion at the end. As part of this training, I am also offering a one-hour 1:1 Classroom Clarity Call for anyone who is interested in having an expert educator review their classroom/community and help you strategize best next steps for your classroom content. If you are interested, you can check it out here! 😊

HOW IT WORKS - READ THIS FIRST
Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. 5. Introduce yourself in this thread, and then scroll up and find someone you have something in common with. Reach out. There are some really amazing people here! 😉 This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Hate speech, offensive language, or general negativity will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group. *Please check out this post for more tips on how to get great results from your posts. And also this post by one of our own community members who has had great success growing his group through the CLASSIFIEDS.

Don't forget to include a great hook and a link to your community in your CTA. 🚀 Oh! And most importantly, after you leave your tip, please also comment on two other posts. 😊 This community is nothing without the reciprocal connections and relationship building. 😉

💛If Healing Feels Like You’re Failing
Read This. “I’m doing the work
so why do I still get triggered?” People begin healing hoping anxiety will disappear. That trauma responses will stop. That they’ll finally feel calm. Then they get triggered again
and immediately think: “Something is wrong with me.” “I’m not healing.” “I should be further by now.” Most people think healing = no more symptoms. But healing actually = increased capacity. Triggers don’t mean you failed. They mean your nervous system is still learning safety. Track recovery time, not reactions. Instead of asking:“Why did I react?” Ask:“How long did it take me to return to baseline?” If it used to take 3 days and now it takes 3 hours —that’s growth. If you pause before exploding —that’s growth. If you repair afterward —that’s growth. Healing is not symptom elimination. It's faster regulation and deeper awareness. Inside The Healing Collective, we focus on: ✔ Nervous system education ✔ Trauma-informed boundaries ✔ Regulation tools that don’t require perfection ✔ Capacity building — not toxic positivity You don’t need to be calm. You need capacity. If you want: ✔ Fewer shame spirals ✔ Faster recovery after triggers ✔ Clear boundaries without guilt ✔ Nervous system tools that actually work Then this is your next step. The Healing Collective isn’t about hype. It's about real, sustainable healing. Join us and start building capacity this week — not someday.
