CLASSIFIEDS NEWS
I just wanted to pop on and let you know that there is a new masterclass on the calendar as well as several opportunities to participate in this week. February Frenzy is on Friday - this is a once in a quarter opportunity to promote anything you want once an hour. It's a great way to get your promotion noticed, and the only price of admission to the frenzy is that you must comment on three other posts for every post you make! Please check the calendar for several other great opportunities this week. And here's the newest masterclass to be added by our own member @Anja Žibert ! "This masterclass explores the five real phases of transformation I see repeatedly in my work with leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs: Reconnection, Awareness, Breakthrough, Activation, and Remembrance. Many people want change but misread where they actually are in their process. That mismatch leads to frustration, false starts, and the feeling of being “almost there” without real movement. In this session, we will slow down and look honestly at what each phase asks of you, how to recognize your current phase, and what kind of decisions truly support you there. This is not about hype or quick fixes, but about grounded self-awareness and responsible change. Participants will also receive access to the “Which Phase of Transformation Are You In?” quiz as a practical mirror for reflection. This masterclass is for anyone navigating change in career, identity, leadership, or life direction and wanting more clarity, alignment, and self-trust in their next steps. Open to all who are ready for honest reflection and real movement." Check out the CLASSIFIEDS calendar here, and click "Add to Calendar" for anything that interests you!

HOW IT WORKS - READ THIS FIRST
Ever wonder how you can let people know about your Skool community? Feel like you have so much to offer but don't know how to get people involved? Wish there was somewhere you were actually allowed to promote yourself and talk about your offer? Look no further! The Skool Classifieds are the place where you are not only allowed to promote yourself, but you are actually encouraged to do so! Like the Classifieds section of your local newspaper or the Community Message Board at the gym, this is the place to let people know what you do and what you offer. Here's how it works: 1. Invite other Skoolers you know to join the group using your invite link. The more people join, the more people there are to promote to! 2. You can post once a day only. This is to keep the group from getting spammy. If it's spammy, people won't read and you won't get noticed. Post as many days in a row as you want, but please do not post the same thing day after day - mix it up! 3. Make sure you add your post to the appropriate group/heading. Please see below for a description of what each group is for. If you don't see a group that is appropriate, message me. 4. Self-Promotion is what this group is all about, but please do not DM people with your offers. You will be removed from the group for doing this. 5. Introduce yourself in this thread, and then scroll up and find someone you have something in common with. Reach out. There are some really amazing people here! 😉 This is a place for us to support each other for our mutual benefit. Hate speech, offensive language, or general negativity will be deleted, and you will be removed from the group. *Please check out this post for more tips on how to get great results from your posts. And also this post by one of our own community members who has had great success growing his group through the CLASSIFIEDS.

And that's how we became the highest- rated bread baking community on Skool.
Most of you are too young to remember Ed Sullivan. He wasn't handsome. He was kind of awkward on camera, honestly. Stiff. But he hosted one of the biggest TV shows in American history for 23 years. The Beatles' American debut? That was his stage. Elvis? His stage. Every comedian, acrobat, and opera singer you can think of walked across that stage. Here's the thing about Sullivan. He knew the show wasn't about him. It was about the guests. It was about the environment he created that let incredible people do incredible things in front of an audience that kept coming back every single week. That's how I think about Crust & Crumb Academy. I'm not the show. I'm the host. I throw a good party. I teach when teaching is needed. I'm the clown in the circus sometimes. But the magic isn't me standing at the front of the room talking. The magic is what happens when the room fills up and people start talking to each other. My job is setting the agenda. Giving us direction. Making sure the recipes are vetted, the resources are easy to find, and every baker in the room has what they need to succeed. I empty the ashtrays. I make sure the music is right. I shine the spotlight on other people as often as I can. Because everybody wants to be a star for 15 minutes. When you give people that moment, when you celebrate their first loaf or their best crumb shot or the fact that they finally nailed their bulk fermentation, they come back. And they bring people with them. That's how we hit 312 members in 40 days. That's how we're running a 28% engagement rate when most communities are lucky to hit 5%. That's why we had 523 interactions in one chat, on one day during our bake along this past Saturday . That's how we became the #1 ranked community In our niche on Skool. Not because I'm special. Because I built a room where other people get to be. If you bake bread, or you've been thinking about it, or you tried once and it didn't go well, come check us out. Free to join. No gatekeeping. No judgment. Just bakers helping bakers get better.

If your community isn’t making money yet…
Okay. Let’s talk about launching. If you’ve been sitting on an offer… tweaking it… reorganizing it… telling yourself you just need “a little more clarity” before you launch — I built Offers To Launch for you. This isn’t theory. It’s built from execution. I’ve run 7 launch cycles on Skool in 6 months. Same platform. Different timing. Different energy. 5 of those resulted in sales — including a course, premium memberships, VIP, high-ticket, and most recently a brand new paid community that went from idea → 17 pre-sales → 21 founding members on day one in 37 days. That wasn’t luck. It was structure, repetition, tracking data, refining, and launching before it felt perfect. And now members are getting those same shifts. “I had a 1:1 Clarity call with Mona Weathers today and it was so very helpful! She talked me through offer stacking and asked questions to help me come up with a framework for my offer stack. Mona has a way of breaking things down clearly and providing powerful reasons why that made the offer stack seem like the natural next step.” “I’ve been on Skool since August 2025… I’ve let a lot of things delay and get in the way of actually launching something and staying committed to talking about it. This was the kick in the pants I needed… I’m announcing my paid Skool community today!!” "Mona helped my launched my Premium offer and guess what? I just got my first member, paying the annual subscription. Mona's methods work!" Most people don’t need more information. They need better questions, clear offer flow, pricing confidence, launch structure, and deadlines that create clean decisions. Inside Offers To Launch, we build your offer stack intentionally, map launches in simple repeatable cycles, normalize selling inside your community, and review data like it’s math instead of emotion. No guessing. No hoping. No random posting. Right now it’s $97 one-time. On March 14th it goes to $197 one-time. No subscription. No monthly fee. If you’ve been watching and thinking “I should probably get serious about launching,” this is your window.
