Why “Normal Bloodwork” Doesn’t Always Mean You’re Fine
One of the most frustrating things I hear:
“My labs came back normal.”
Meanwhile:
😴 exhausted
🧠 brain fog
😵 dizziness
⚡ crashes
😬 anxiety
…and deep down:
“I KNOW something feels off.”
Here’s something important:
Bloodwork doesn’t always tell the whole story.
Because symptoms often start:
BEFORE answers show up.
Especially with things like:
👉 adrenal fatigue
👉 viral symptoms
👉 nervous system depletion
👉 blood sugar issues
This is why I always say:
Symptoms matter.
Not everything meaningful shows up on standard testing.
And honestly?
That can be both validating…
and frustrating.
Question:
Have you ever been told:
“Everything looks normal” ?
