I didn't start Skoolology because I thought the world needed another community.
I started it because I couldn't stop asking one question.
Why do some communities become places people never want to leave, while others slowly fade away?
After more than 30 years as an educator, I knew communities don't thrive by accident.
They thrive because of intentional experiences, meaningful conversations, and leaders who genuinely care about the people they serve.
So instead of guessing, we're studying what actually works.
We test ideas in real communities, share what we learn, and help community builders create places where people don't just join.
They belong.
If you're building a Skool community and care more about creating connection than chasing vanity metrics, I'd love to connect.
What's your biggest challenge as a community builder?
