I’m surrounded by love. I thought my life had purpose. And now I feel like I was building someone else’s dream. Living someone else’s purpose. Forgetting that I count!

Throwing yourself, heart and soul into service for the people you love shouldn’t leave you feeling empty and alone!

If you’re a women 40+ and you feel like what you need wasn’t even in question, it’s not your fault! But, I’m here to tell you that you can be there for others without losing yourself!

My community, Soulfully Authentic, is a space where women can come to JUST feel like themselves again. To JUST take a moment to dream their own dreams. To JUST remember that being happy is the best gift you can give to yourself and your loved ones. No pressures, no commitments. JUST you, enough as you are.
