What's your dog's favorite command to ignore?
Mine could hear a cheese wrapper open from another state, but outside the house "Come" is apparently optional.
Maybe it isn't that they are ignoring us, but literally can not hear us.
If your dog is too overstimulated when you are trying to use commands on them, they do not have the ability to listen.
It's like trying to give a kid a math test at the amusement park...that's a definite "F' waiting to happen.
Same goes for your dog.
