Use monthly recaps to keep members engaged
Monthly recap posts can be the glue that keeps your community together.
When you're transparent about what's happening, people feel like part of the group.
Try this:
1. The Wins: Take your member's weekly wins and build a list showcasing them on their accomplishments and detailing what they were.
2. The Lessons: Anything didn't go as planned? If so, call it out. Showing you are real and relatable builds trust.
3. The Roadmap: Tell them what's coming next month. Give them a reason to stay excited and keep active.
If you don't show the progress, people assume there isn't any.
Have you tried this in your groups? What were the results?
