Turning my two sides into one for my family and other families
At work you're a leader
You make decisions. You handle pressure. You hold it together no matter what's thrown at you.
Then you pull into the drivewaym
And somewhere between the car door and the front door, something switches.
The confidence disappears. The patience runs out. The energy drops to zero
Your family gets the leftovers. Your partner gets the silence.
And you lie in bed wondering why you can crush it in a boardroom but can't have an honest conversation with the person next to you.
That gap between who you are at work and who you at home?
It's not a character flaw. It's a pattern. And patterns can be broken.
I've got a free community of men working on exactly this. it's called The Honest Man Project
