#Tip Tuesday
Can we talk about motivation at midlife? Because so many of us are struggling with it.
"For years, I watched my clients beat themselves up over this.
They KNEW they should lift weights. They knew they'd feel better. But the motivation just... wasn't there anymore.
Then the guilt would hit. Then they'd start over. Again.
Here's what I learned coaching hundreds of women through this: We're asking the wrong question.
It's not "How do I get motivated?"
It's "How do I show up when motivation isn't there?"
HERE'S THE THING: Motivation at midlife is unreliable. But you know what works? Community.
When you're surrounded by women who get it who show up on hard days, celebrate small wins, and normalize the struggle consistency gets so much easier.
You're not white knuckling it alone anymore.
Some days you show up for you. Some days you show up because you said you would. Both count.
if you have a group! I built Strong at Midlife. Real women. Real support. We show up together.
