#StartHere The RESET System
If someone joined my RESET community today, the first thing I’d want them to do is slow down and get grounded.
Not try to fix everything at once.
Not jump from video to video.
And not pile more health information onto an already overwhelmed mind.
That is exactly why I built my onboarding the way I did.
The first step is to read and watch the welcome content, because I want new members to understand straight away that they’re not broken, it’s not their fault, and they do not have to figure this out alone. Most people arrive already drained by conflicting advice, low energy, poor sleep, stress, and the feeling that their body is working against them. So the best first step is not intensity it’s clarity.
After that, I want them to head to the Fresh Starts tab and introduce themselves.
Just a few lines.
Who they are.
Where they’re starting from.
Why they want to change.
That matters more than people think.
It gets them comfortable posting.
It helps them feel part of the community.
And it gives them a line in the sand this is where their journey starts.
Then, before they go deep into trying to change their whole lifestyle, I get them to take two simple actions straight away, as small wins matter early on. The 2 quick wins I use are starting the day with proper hydration and getting natural morning light. Nothing extreme just a couple of simple anchors that help them feel better quickly and prove to them that their body will respond when they support it properly.
This is how I want someone to start in my community
Consume the welcome content.
Introduce themself.
Get one or two small actions under their belt.
Because when people join RESET, I do not want them feeling overwhelmed.
I want them feeling relieved.
Like they have finally found a place that makes getting healthy make sense, gives them support, and shows them a path they can actually follow.
I think this is the best first step for a new member:
Do not try to change everything. Start by getting clear, getting connected, and getting two small win.
