Spotlight? 👀

Do you spotlight your members on live calls… or do you keep the mic mostly for yourself?

One of the biggest shifts I’ve seen in my own community is this:

When members get the spotlight:

to share wins
to talk through blockers
to show what they’re building

…engagement goes through the roof.

People stop feeling like “an audience” and start acting like owners of the space.

I’m experimenting with different ways to do this on live calls:

short member spotlights
hot-seat style feedback
quick wins + accountability check-ins
