👉 Cover your camera screen
👉 Stop checking how you look
👉 Forget perfect lighting, sound, setup
You don’t need perfect…
You need done
Record like you’re talking to one person……
……a friend, your best client or maybe soft toy prop!
🧠 The judgement loop:
When you watch yourself, you judge.
When you judge, you hesitate.
When you hesitate, you stop.
When you stop, you judge.
⚠️ The consequence:
Waiting for perfect = never posting
Never posting = staying invisible

No pressure to post it
