🌿 4-Week Mindfulness Course for Stress & Burnout
I’ve created a gentle, practical 4-week mindfulness course for people experiencing stress, overwhelm, anxiety, or burnout.
The course is designed to fit into everyday life and is hosted inside a private Skool community. It includes short guided meditations, calming audio, reflection prompts, and optional weekly structure — with no pressure to engage in any particular way.
This is for people who:
  • Feel overwhelmed or burnt out
  • Know what helps but struggle to access it consistently
  • Prefer a calm, self-paced approach
  • Want support without pressure or urgency
It’s intended as a supportive, accessible alternative to retreats or high-intensity coaching spaces.
