It's the time of the week you've all been waiting for! In case you are new here, the reason I share the metrics for the group is because it was something that was requested very early on by the current members.
Since this group is all about visibility, it makes sense that you would want to know how many people are seeing your stuff! This is not something I advise doing in your own group...
Number of Members: 478
Number of Premium Members: 41
About Page Visitors: 690 (+250)
Sign Ups in the last 7 days: 76 (-22)
Conversion: 11.01% (-11.26%)
Discovery Ranking in Money: #46 (+10)
Discovery Ranking Overall: #141 (+25)
Highest Activity Day: 1196 on Monday (-775)
Lowest Activity Day: 563 on Sunday (-698)
The Context:
What a whirlwind week it has been!!! The numbers have jumped in all sorts of directions. Could this be because of the introduction of tiers??? I have no idea, but I do know that we experienced the highest number of members churn in the first 48 hours after the introduction of tiers EVER.
I expected the activity levels to drop because we had amazing engagement last week during our challenge. I was curious to see if it would also result in our Discovery ranking dropping as well, but it did not. As you can see, we continue to steadily climb the Discovery charts! Is page one actually in our future?!?!?!
You may have noticed a new number I am tracking, which is the number of Premium members. How exciting is it to see almost 10% of the membership level up! Welcome to as the newest Premium members.

But the biggest surprise of the week is the number of new About page visits and the plummet in the conversion rate. This happened immediately after tiers were introduced, but I can't see how those two things would be correlated.
There's also the fact that I am running ads to the Classifieds (did you know you were getting free ad spend by being in this group?!!?), so there might be more people who are visiting and not converting for that reason.
On the topic of ads, we are having difficulty with Meta over-reporting the number of new signups from the ad, which is why I haven't been adding that metric to our weekly report. As soon as we get that figured out, I can share it as well.
