We had the most 𝗘𝗣𝗜𝗖 𝗦𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗘 session this week inside the 𝗠𝗬𝗠 𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗠… that's the premium tier inside The Backroom by the way… and oh my giddy aunt something came out of it that I cannot stop thinking about and I need every single person reading this to actually hear it…

Because I reckon this is the missing piece for SO many people who are showing up consistently… posting regularly… doing absolutely everything they've been told to do… and still feeling like they're just sort of… there… but nothing is really landing… and they cannot figure out why…

Here is why…

𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗧 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴… 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗳 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿… 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗻𝗮𝗳𝗳 𝗮𝗹𝗹.

And I don't mean the vague fluffy stuff like oh I stand for authenticity or I stand against toxic hustle culture… everybody and their cute ass dog says that… that is the meh middle ground I am talking about… I mean the REAL juicy specific stuff… the stuff that makes some people go OOOFFF YES FINALLY SOMEONE SAID IT… and makes other people go eek absolutely not she is not for me…

And here is the bit many peeps miss…

BOTH of those reactions are the point. BOTH of those mean it's working and thats a WOOP!

sit with this question for a second and actually answer it honestly obvs…

If I asked three people who follow you right now what you stand FOR and what you stand AGAINST… would they all give me the same answer… or would they have absolutely no effin’ idea…

Because if it is the second one… that ain’t a content problem… that is a conviction problem… and CONVICTION… drumroll… is abso-fricken-lutely fixable… 😂

So here is what I want you to do today… and I totes want you to come back and tell me what comes up… (I wanna know)

Grab your notepad… or the back of an envelope… or whatever is nearest… and write two lists…

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗜 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗢𝗥 ✅ the stuff I would go to bat for even if it cost me followers… the stuff I believe so deeply it almost feels obvious to me but apparently is not obvious to everyone… the stuff I'd say even if it made someone uncomfortable AF…

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗜 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗧 ❌ the stuff that gives me the absolute ick… the stuff that makes me go NO NO NO… not in my world… not on my watch… not today Jose and not ever Trevor…

Go BIG AND BOLD on that list… seriously… you can edit it later… but first just GET IT OUT, and I mean OUT OUT… all of it… and then go and look at your last ten pieces of content and ask yourself again honestly…

How much of that actual conviction is showing up in what I am putting out…

Because if you are not standing for something… you are not making a stance… and if you are not making a stance… you are not standing out… and if you are not standing out… you are just blending da fck in with the approximately 47 billion other people who are also playing it safe and wondering why not a tofu sausage is landing… 😂
