Didn’t love that answer, but he’s not wrong.

What I’m seeing lately is this:

It’s not lack of opportunity.

It’s too many ideas, and not enough finished pieces.

The shift happens when someone finally picks one thing and actually builds it out.

That’s where things start to click.
