Some people think it should be a chore something they have to do instead of getting to, that could not be further than the case.
In this simple short full guide I will tell you exactly the process of making it fun.
Part 1: Mindset
Of you want to have fun on your healing / improvement journey, you need a good positive mindset on your side.
Practically what this means is do not have a 0 to 1 mindset, some people think of they miss one habit or mess up once in the day in anyway they have failed, that is not good instead have a 0 to 100 mindset, and understand perfectionism is not possible and do not have this awful all or nothing mindset.
This also means changing your self talk to an extent instead of saying “I have to heal trauma, I have to go gym.” Instead be like. “I get to go to to the gym, I get to heal.” That is much healthier and something we all should do.
And the last part of the simple mindset training is to accept bad moments and bad things happening the best way to go about this is to just expect that life will not be perfect and not be a toxic positivist, of course positivity is good for the most part but sometimes just accept that some moments are bad and hard and do not try to sugar coat it.
Part 2: Customisation
Of you are not having fun on your healing or self improvement journey then you have a problem.
You have not customised it the right way.
Do experimentation try many business models, workout styles, mindsets, healing methods, then sooner or later you will find the one that you love and that is the how you should do it!
Do what feels effortless and fun.
And even for ways to heal, of you prefer healing trauma out in nature do it that way, of you prefer it in the comfort of your home do it that way, remember of it is not fun something is wrong.
