Feeling Overwhelmed Lately... yeah... that's me.
I’ll be honest — recently, it’s been tough.
Lots of projects.
Lots of decisions.
Lots of little tasks that somehow turned into a giant to-do list really fast.
And it made me think…
How do we actually handle overwhelm in a healthy way?
A few things I’m reminding myself:
  • Pick the next right task
  • Write things down instead of carrying them mentally
  • Separate urgent from important
  • Ask for help sooner
  • Take a real break when needed
Sometimes the goal isn’t to finish everything today.
Sometimes the goal is to regain enough clarity to take the next step.
