One of the biggest challenges I’ve seen in herbal spaces is misinformation — especially viral tea recipes that mix too many herbs without understanding structure, balance, or purpose.
I recently opened a Skool community called Eir’s Grove to address that gap.
Instead of Q&A or advice-based teaching, the focus is on:
- Herbal literacy and safety
- Understanding why recipes fail or work
- Learning how to evaluate information before using it
- Slowing herbal practice down on purpose
One practice we use is called Tea Triage, where questionable internet tea recipes are brought in and examined for learning — not to diagnose or prescribe, but to understand what went wrong and how better structure prevents problems.
It’s a quiet, intentional space built for people who want to learn responsibly rather than chase trends.
