Eir’s Grove — Herbal Learning Rooted in Tradition, Not Trends
I’m building a Skool community called Eir’s Grove for people who want to learn herbalism and holistic principles slowly, responsibly, and with context. Alongside my apothecary work, I’m currently completing formal training toward certification as a naturopathic practitioner. My approach is informed by the historical roots of naturopathic medicine — from ancient traditions that emphasized balance with nature, through the European nature-cure movements, and into modern holistic practice. In the grove, the focus isn’t advice or quick fixes. It’s: - Teaching people how to think about herbs - Understanding why many internet recipes are poorly constructed - Learning structure, balance, and restraint - Honoring tradition without turning it into dogma One learning format we use is Tea Triage, where questionable tea recipes are reviewed for educational purposes — not to diagnose or prescribe, but to understand why blends succeed or fail. It’s a quiet, intentional space for people who want depth, not hype.

Eir’s Grove — Learning How to Think About Herbs (Not Just Copy Recipes)
One of the biggest challenges I’ve seen in herbal spaces is misinformation — especially viral tea recipes that mix too many herbs without understanding structure, balance, or purpose. I recently opened a Skool community called Eir’s Grove to address that gap. Instead of Q&A or advice-based teaching, the focus is on: - Herbal literacy and safety - Understanding why recipes fail or work - Learning how to evaluate information before using it - Slowing herbal practice down on purpose One practice we use is called Tea Triage, where questionable internet tea recipes are brought in and examined for learning — not to diagnose or prescribe, but to understand what went wrong and how better structure prevents problems. It’s a quiet, intentional space built for people who want to learn responsibly rather than chase trends.
Please Introduce Yourself
One of the most important things I've learned since becoming an online entrepreneur is that the most important thing you can do to grow your business is to build relationships. Many of us (myself included) have rushed to promote our groups and services that we care so deeply about. And it only makes sense - we are excited about what we are doing! Today, I'd like to invite you to take a step back and introduce yourself to the group by answering the following questions: 1. Who are you personally? 2. Who are you professionally? 3. What is something you love doing outside of work? 4. What is something surprising about you? As you open up and make more connections, you will find that not only are people more interested in what you do, but they will also be more interested in helping you make connections with other people they know! 😉 After you introduce yourself, please scroll through the other introductions and add a comment to someone you have something in common with or would like to know more about. 😊 Please add your introduction in the comments below! ⬇️

#WinWednesday - How Cool Is This???
I had a big win yesterday. Sam Ovens listened to my newest podcast episode and loved it!!! Not only that, but we had an amazing masterclass with so many amazing Classifieds members, and I got to learn more about what you are doing and how you are helping others with your skills and expertise - very inspiring!!! I'm so grateful to be able to have this platform to support you all and help you grow your communities. So, today, I'd like to invite you to post a bonus post (doesn't count as your one a day) and share something awesome that's happening for you and/or your community and/or your members right now. 🎉 SHARE YOUR #WINWEDNESDAY IN A NEW THREAD (POST) AND THEN SHARE THE LOVE AND COMMENT ON TWO OTHER POSTS. 💕 And if you want to listen to the podcast episode, you can listen to it here. You might even want to share it with a friend who you've been trying to convince to join Skool. 😉

So awesome
Eir’s Grove – A Slow, Ethical Herbal Learning Community
I’ve recently opened a Skool community called Eir’s Grove, created for people interested in herbalism and holistic traditions who are feeling overwhelmed by misinformation, viral recipes, and “just throw everything in a cup” advice online. Eir’s Grove is not a Q&A or advice hub. It’s an education-first space focused on: - Herbal literacy and safety - Learning how to think about herbs, not what to take - Understanding why many internet recipes are poorly constructed - Slowing down herbal practice and honoring traditional approaches One of the core learning practices I’m developing is something called Tea Triage, where members bring questionable or viral tea recipes and we analyze them for learning purposes — looking at balance, preparation method, missing context, and why certain blends don’t make sense. The community is intentionally quiet and paced: - No pressure to post - No medical claims or diagnoses - No rush to build a classroom - Culture-first, content second If you’re drawn to herbal education, discernment, and a slower, more thoughtful approach, you’re welcome to take a look.
