Do you care more about what someone does, or why they do it?
In a way, you could say that the community is the WHAT and the HOW.
While the story behind the WHAT and the HOW can only be told by one person...
The WHY of the community's host matters. Your why as community host matters.
Just like your values, your interests, passions, your story!
Sometimes I wonder, how often do we look at what someone does, instead of why?
What is your take on this?
When you are meeting someone new, whether it's offline or online, what someone is doing is interesting, but the reasons behind it are even more interesting, right?!
