What would they actually experience as a brand new member trying to figure out where they fit, where to start, and what to do next?
Sometimes we get so close to our own communities that we stop seeing them the way new members do. We know where everything is. We know which course to start with. We know what all the labels, categories, and inside jokes mean.
New members don't.
And often the thing holding a community back isn't a lack of strategy. It's the gap between what the owner thinks members are experiencing and what members are actually experiencing.
That's why I created the Community Review.
I'll walk through your community with fresh eyes and send back a short video sharing what stood out, where I noticed friction, what patterns I observed, and the next three steps I'd focus on first.
No giant report. No overwhelming list of twenty-seven things to fix.
