For all of my career and most of my life, I was looking for my happiness and my worth in achievements, in success, in what others thought of me, and needing their approval.
What finally shifted things wasn’t just a mindset strategy, it was learning to listen to my inner knowing, and that came through the signals in my body.
When I stopped overriding what my body was telling me… and started paying attention to sensations, tension, and ease, I found something I hadn’t been able to think my way into: clarity and a trust in me, and a guidance to what really mattered to me.
My body showed me what felt true, what drained me, what aligned with who I actually am... and sooo much more...
And that’s where my sense of purpose and meaning came from… in... me... not from pushing harder, but from listening within.
