I spent 3 hours on my Skool group yesterday. My bank account didn't move. Here’s why.

I’m currently under $5k/month with my group. For a long time, I thought that meant I just needed "better ideas" or "more research."

I was wrong. I was just busy picking out curtains for an empty room.

I realized I was paying what I call the Janitor Tax. I was spending my entire day on "Maintenance Work"—tweaking the cover image, adjusting fonts, and "planning" modules. It felt like work because I was tired, but it was really just a tax I was paying to avoid the work that actually scales.

HOW I’M FIXING IT (THE SCOREBOARD)

I’m on Day 04 of a 21-day streak. I’ve stopped "trying" and started tracking. I only allow myself to log a "1" on the board if I hit one of these 4 Levers:

TRAFFIC: 1+ piece of content with a CTA OR 20+ Outbound DMs.
LEVEL-UP: 10 “Deep Value” replies OR 1 “Value Bomb” post.
SALES: 1+ Sales Call OR 5+ “Hard Offers” sent.
PRODUCT: 1+ Lesson recorded and UPLOADED to Classroom.

THE GOAL:

I don't need more "how-to" courses. I need a Referee. I need to be held to the math of the scoreboard.
