🌱 A Place to Slow Down

Once upon a time, after going full speed for far too long, I burned out... and it changed the trajectory of my life forever.

To my surprise, it resulted in me becoming a trained spiritual director, earning a doctorate in spiritual formation, but most importantly, experiencing true abiding rest in Jesus.

For the Rest of Us was created so you can experience that rest, too.

Each month inside the community, we explore a specific theme together. In April, we're focusing on Reclaiming Rest and we're kicking it off with Sacred Pause, our free monthly online mini-retreat for Christian leaders who need a moment to slow down and simply be with Jesus.

Scripture, prayer, reflective journaling — unhurried, no camera needed. Our next gathering is Monday, April 6 at 12:00 PM CST. An appropriate time to pause after this Easter weekend.
