🌿 A Private, Low-Pressure Mindfulness Space for Stress & Burnout
I’ve created a 4-week mindfulness course hosted inside a small, private Skool community for people who are experiencing stress, overwhelm, anxiety, or burnout — and who want support without pressure to perform, share, or keep up.
This space is designed for people who:
- Prefer to engage quietly or at their own pace
- Feel overwhelmed by high-energy coaching spaces
- Want structure without obligation
- Need something supportive that fits into real life
The course includes short guided meditations, calming audio, reflection and journaling prompts, and optional weekly structure. Participation is always a choice — there’s no expectation to post or interact.
It’s intended as a calm, steady container for people who want to slow down and reconnect gently, rather than push for change.
